Kuku is an experienced executive coach, senior facilitator and consultant in learning and development. She designs customer-centric interventions with a sharp focus on delivering tangible results.

In the last twenty-five years, Kuku has coached corporate and executive clients in manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, medical, information technology, information technology enabled services, banking and insurance. She has worked in India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, AbuDabi and Mexico.

Kuku founded and has been the principal of several leadership development consultancies focusing on Executive Coaching, Leaedership & Diversity and Inclusion. She started her career with Citibank, where she worked for eight years as an operations manager.

Kuku Has a Master's degree in Economics, a Bachelor's in Law, a diploma in Marketing and Finance and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources. She is certified in advanced- level MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, ROI, RCS (Results Coaching System) at the basic and executive levels and Simulations from Langevin Learning Services (Canada). She is also certified as an NLP practitioner.

A broad base of experience with clients includes:

  • Coaching senior management executives, often in multi-national companies, in situations of role elevation, managing change and self-mastery
  • Conceptualizing and developing year-long leadership intervention for senior leaders. The intervention included needs assessment, focus group discussions, 360° feedback, evolving IDP's, training sessions, action learning projects and robust sustainability processes. Kuku has anchored twenty five of these interventions as the lead consultant
  • Leading change management initiatives for creating engaging, enabling, inclusive environments
  • Designing and delivering training programs as part of top management retreats on subjects like Visionary and Strategic leadership, Team Building and Developing a Second Line of Leadership in the Team
  • Working with managment teams to help them identify underlying paradigms and unconscious biases, as well as working through gender and generational issues
  • In the last six years she has done in-depth research in the Diversity & Inclusions space and has developed three products DRISHTI: SAKSHI: CHINMAYEE to build inclusive environments and develop a pipeline of women talent for leadership position
