Starting her career as a banker with Citi bank, she moved to the L&D space and has been the founder member and the principal of several Leadership Development consultancies.
Over the last thirty years she has conceptualized – Designed - Delivered long-term leadership programmes rooted in the concept of Wholeness. She has thousands of hours in coaching at the top & senior management levels. It was twelve years ago that Kuku deep-dived into the Diversity & Inclusion space. She works with organisations to build women leadership pipelines, parallelly working on creative inclusive environments which will nurture diversity of all types. Some of the recent wards that she been awarded are Exceptional Woman of Excellence- Mumbai by World Women Leadership Congress in 2018, Exceptional Women of Excellence – Delhi by World Economic Forum & Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for all” at Bangalore by World Economic Forum 2020.

Sairam Iyer graduated in Metallurgical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune, India. In a career spanning over 40 years he has had extensive experience in the Engineering Export, Finance and Insurance sectors. He has extensive working experience in the USA, Germany, South America, Indonesia and The Philippines.
With the Privatisation of Insurance Business in 2000, he set up Life And General Insurance And Re-Insurance Brokers Private Limited which has emerged as a leading insurance and reinsurance broking company in India today. Over the years the Insurance business has extended to the Middle East, Sri Lanka and the UK.
With the establishment of Insurance Business he has promoted Thynksight Technologies Pvt. Ltd. which has developed the MB360 SaaS platform for Employee Group Health which is deployed by International and Domestic Prominent Insurance Brokers. He has also promoted Semantic Technologies and Agritech Services Private Limited which is engaged in providing Technology based Precision Farming Support to the farming community in India.
His deep interest in diverse topics like Economics, Music, Poetry and Philosophy is reflected in the vast library maintained by him. He has always taken a keen interest in mentoring youngsters in the pursuit of their careers. During his spare time he watches football and cricket.
