Competency Based Training (CBT) is designed to equip participants to demonstrate their ability to achieve results at the workplace.

We model our CBT on the premise that all participants can master the required knowledge/ skill provided adequate attention is paid to time allotted and appropriate methods of learning are used.

CBT focuses on working with participants on practical work-related scenarios & situations versus conceptual concepts & lectures. More training time is devoted to evaluating each participant’s ability to perform essential job skills.

Among all the positive traits effective leaders bring to the workplace, research has revealed an attribute that is more reliable in predicting overall success than our intelligence quotient (IQ) , our emotional Intelligence (EI).

EI is defined as the capacity to recognize and effectively manage personal emotions in ourselves and in others. Research shows that managers often spend a fair chunk of their time in ‘fixing things’ for their teams to ensure smooth operations. While this is a go to method in crisis situations, it is not an effective process in the long term.
