Our experience and data from across the industry shows that while the ratio of women onboarding at the entry-level is almost at par with men, the percentage of young women professionals dropping out of the workforce in the first five years is alarmingly high. While there are multiple reasons for this, one that stands out is the confusion over a career mindset. We believe that handholding young professionals to develop resilience & confidence will plug the leaking pipeline to some extent. SAKSHI addresses this need.

Having worked with many organisations in building the women leadership pipeline, we find that at mid-management levels women professionals are faced with the reality of “career’ plateauing” and not knowing what to do about the same.

Leading research on DEI in India indicates that the lack of role models across various levels of the organizations hinders women from reaching the top. Lack of role models acts as a deterrent by curtailing the aspirations of many women who start thinking that ‘the top job is not mine’ or ‘no one made it there so will I be able to?

The intention of RATHI is to create a pool of inspirational women role models & mentors to advance younger women employees at work.
